GingerHelp RFID Employee Time Clocks are a perfect complement to any Epicor P21 ERP installation. Users will automatically sync from User Maintenance within P21 to the time clocking terminals. Time and attendance punch data is collected within our system for reporting and integrated with P21 and payroll systems. Production orders, if used, can also be synchronized to the time clocks allowing employees to associate their time providing valuable insight into production order costing.

Employee Data
All user records are automatically synchronized from P21 to the time clocks so there is no need for duplicate entry. New hires show up as soon as you enter them within User Maintenance so a manager can onboard them directly at the terminal. Terminated employees immediately drop off the terminal, preventing further punches and possibly even door access.
Time Data • Clock In/Out
Time records are collected within our database and can be analyzed using powerful reporting tools and connected to your payroll system of choice. Easily know who is in or out, what employees are scheduled for a given day, and who has planned or unplanned absences.
Production Order Data
Production orders can automatically be synchronized to the clocks as well where employees can attribute their time records to those orders. This powerful data point can help you to better understand where production orders are in the process and their cost.
