GingerHelp RFID Employee Time and Attendance Clocks are designed to connect to any database, so just reach out and we can discuss how we can connect to your system(s). A typical integration will involve syncing employees (which is a matter of you simply pointing us to the correct table) and determining how / if the time records sync back into your system. For some systems that might be a file import / export process, for others in might involve utilizing a vendor-provided API. System integrations are the primary business of GingerHelp and we will figure it out one way or another!
Data Integrations
Employee Data
All employee records will be automatically synchronized from whatever database you are running to the time clocks so there is no need for duplicate entry. New hires show up as soon as you enter them within your system so a manager can onboard them directly at the terminal. Terminated employees immediately drop off the terminal, preventing further punches and possibly even door access.
Time Data • Clock In/Out
If your system supports recording time records, we will automatically synchronize them with the time clocks. Our software will neatly supplement your existing system(s) providing features like time record rounding, restrictions on when employees can punch in / out, access control to doors, etc.
Job Data
If your system has elements you wish to track time against (jobs, work orders, support tickets, customers, etc) we can automatically synchronize that data to the clocks and allow employees to associate their time to those records. This data will then be available for powerful reporting and integrations back to your systems.
