Employee Data
All employee records are automatically synchronized from Sage HRMS to the time clocks so there is no need for duplicate entry. New hires show up as soon as you enter them within Sage so a manager can onboard them directly at the terminal. Terminated employees immediately drop off the terminal, preventing further punches and possibly even door access.
Time Data • Clock In/Out
Time punches are recorded and can be output into a Sage HRMS compatible format in order to generate payroll. We also record breaks and missed breaks allowing you to stay on top of labor laws.
